Mark couldn't have been a better host and was very proactive and responsive. The house was incredibly comfortable. Beautiful inside and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Easy distance to restaurants. I come to the area periodically and will certainly look to see if Mark's place is available!

One of the very best, if not the absolute best, Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It’s a brand new reno, done very well and tastefully. Fully equipped, very comfortable, excellent beds. They have really thought through the details. Plenty of good quality towels, for example. A full selection of coffee to choose from. We have booked it again for our next visit to Lexington. Everyone gets five stars these days for just getting out of bed in the morning, but Mark has really earned them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second stay, and once again it was absolutely perfect. We were a very last-minute booking after our original accommodations fell through, and Mark was incredibly responsive and accommodating, getting us into the house quickly and seamlessly. After driving more than 8 hours, this meant everything to us. The home itself is beautiful, immaculate, and truly one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in—everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided. We honestly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. The location is fantastic—close to shops, great restaurants, and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Mark is a wonderful host, and this property is a true gem. We’ll absolutely be back again. Highly recommend!

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Mark and this home. I left this Airbnb wanting my home to look more like it, it is absolutely beautiful. The design, the decor, the cleanliness, colors, every single thing about it is just stunning. The beds are comfy, the sheets are even so soft. There’s not a single thing that we didn’t love about our stay in this home. Mark made check in so incredibly easy as well and if I ever find myself in that part of Kentucky again I would be sure to make another visit to this home! Thank you, Mark!

What a wonderful home. Great location near downtown Georgetown. Everything was as described and the home had everything we could think we needed. Mark was very responsive and helpful. The fire pit is a really nice touch. Excellent all around.

Immaculate house. Excellent host. One of the very best Airbnb home/experience I’ve had. This house is basically brand new and beautifully remodeled. Mark was friendly and always responsive. We are so happy to find this home in Georgetown as my sister lives there and we visit often. Thanks Mark, for providing a gorgeous, comfortable, well stocked house. And last but not least, the coffee station wins the #1 award for best coffee station in all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in (a lot). Beyond amazing! We are copying this for our rental and home ☕️.

What a wonderful find! Mark did an incredible job renovating this home—you can see the attention to detail in every part of the house. It’s exactly as described and perfect for whatever brings you to Lexington. The location is ideal—just a short drive to the Kentucky Horse Park—yet tucked away on a quiet, private street. In the evenings, relaxing by the firepit with a glass of wine was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend!
